My algorithm working overtime I caught a TikTok and learned they were in my area. I love finding southern comforts in the PNW. They did not disappoint. I stacked my plate! The catfish fried to perfection. There wasn't that old oil taste that some seafood can get or grease covering my hands. The hush puppies kept me quiet busy chewing. They had boudin! The food was okay. Ordered 3 pieces of catfish and the fish had no seasoning. 4 people in the place waiting for their food and they locked the door to stop people from coming in to catch up. Need a fan or some from of circulation. Recommend fan, more cooks, seasoning of food. Have greens ready when you open.
Finally found a fish spot worth posting a review🥰this place is slapping,remind me of back home in Chi-city🙌. I will be back to try the fish y'all ☺
