I order from here from door dash every so often. You'd think after it happening almost every single time I'd stop, but I enjoy the food. But it seems that workers here don't know the difference between Mustard and BBQ sauce because every time I order honey BBQ I almost always get honey Mustard and I'm allergic. So I'm always stuck with no sauce and not being able to eat. Can someone please start paying attention to this? Mustard and BBQ are not the same thing. And I'm literally stuck at my job 10 hours straight. So If I want anything I literally have to door dash again and spend more money.

Angelina the manager (older woman maybe 45 +) was very disrespectful and assumed that I was lying that fries were not in the bag. When I came back to let her know and told her in a very kind voice she said “I know we put it in the bag but okay” she rolled her eyes and closed the window on my face and when I came inside, you can find her about it still very kindly. She still had an attitude and persistent to say that she put the fries in the bag and then I’m lying and I said that I’ve worked in food management and I’m telling the truth it’s not in the bag there’s may be a mistake maybe one of your employees honestly mistakenly forgot to place in bag and is to scared to say anything because your actions are so disrespectfulNever coming back.

I went to get their Wednesday's special in the hopes that it would be fresh. I went there at 13:30 pm, and the chicken was warm as if It's been sitting there all morning long. So I have no idea what time they start cooking their chicken. And the rice was very crunchy. Even the macaroni was very dry, as if they used it from last night or something.

Not impressed. Customer service was poor. First off we waited for a while before anyone even acknowledged the fact that anyone was at the order menu. When someone finally was ready to take our order we ordered the 16 piece meal. Comes with two sides. When asked if we could sub out the coleslaw for mash potato, we were told that we could not substitute. We ordered a second side of mash and when we asked the girl at the window how much was the extra side? She said she didn’t know but we could look at the receipt. Found that to be very rude and not at all helpfull. We were then asked to park and wait for our order. Mind you, we were the only ones in the drive through. The one person behind us became tired of waiting and left. After close to 10 minutes we finally received our order. Again, there were no customers.Not sure what the issue was but, we will NOT be coming back. Not worth the time or money. Worst $49.00 we had spent. Not impressed with the food either. If I wanted terrible service and a bad attitude, I would have gone to the local KFC.

So disgusted. My order was missing my biscuits. That they made sure I paid extra for. The chicken was toooooo oily and not cooked long enough. Sooo upset that I live too far and can’t go back for a refund. $18 of food I can’t even eat. I should’ve went to the Des Moines location. I knew better.
First time to try and I am from Texas. I might of tried when I lived there but that was when I was a teenager. Chicken was so good. Okra was over cooked and some burnt. Biscuit melt in my mouth. Corn on the cob was a no good. Not fresh and over cooked. Over all good but not the extra sides that I got.

Is it common for Church's to use different batter for different locations. In Lakewood well cooked and flavored. Fife the new location was terrible. They use cornmeal in the chicken batter. I've had Church's all my life (from Chicago where they are common). Flour not cornmeal (or whatever that was). Chester's chicken is way better. Go figure

Finally tried churches chicken and omgoodness biggest mistake in a while and I totally regret even doing so... the chicken was dry and old... didn't receive my whole order and i paid way to much for a family meal ... 2 thumbs down.....

Ordered a chicken sandwich the service was okay but I took a bite out of the sandwich and it was completely pink on the middle I immediately spit it out and told one of the people at the front that it was raw and showed him but he insisted that it. Wasn't so I just ended up throwing it away and walking out 10 dollars is not worth getting sick over
