The ice cream / gelato was terrific. The staff was very friendly and talkative. Lots of flavors and mix ins available. We went back a second night, because it was so tasty.

I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.

great ppl until i brought my service s animal in. i walked in, no one was in line so i walked up she started ordering them a girl comes RUNNING OUT and informed me no animals allowed which i understand, but informed them it is my service animal by this point i have him outside the door waiting for me and the girl left. the other employees were nice but seriously?? he has his gear on.., then she rang me up so fast i wasn’t able too use the $5 coupon i had and didn’t even bother too ask if i wanted anything else when i was clearly waiting on them. do not discriminate against ppl!! my dog is trained for this, i didn’t pay thousands for hid training to be discriminated against. i get asking if he’s a service animal is awkward, but what is worse is she ran up too me and told me my animal isn’t allowed. and also refused me to use my coupon when it was printed by her and because i go there. i’m super disappointed. if they would of asked instead of assuming it would be different. i should not have to walk in and announce i have a service animal especially when it’s a food place and i know better.btw thank god i left in time bc by the time my dog alerted me i was already into an episode.stop abusing the system and assuming!!!

It's just too expensive, they value is not just there anymore. Rather go to the Mexican ice cream place down the street. Prices are much more reasonable and very good.

TLDR/ Price: Expensive, Cleanliness: Great!, Service: With a Smile, Verdict: Treat y'self! One word: Consistency! The team at this Cold Stone Creamery are always on point. The location is sort of hidden in this little strip mall behind a Jimmy Johns and it is never super busy when we have gone. The team there are always courteous and efficient. No matter the crazy combo, they are always willing to accommodate my weird flavors and seem genuinely happy to make my ice cream dreams a reality. If you are looking for a good spot to enjoy ice cream in the spring/summer there is a lot of outdoor seating and a few indoor seating spots for people like me, who crave ice cream year round! There is loads of parking, a lot of decent restaurants around and a very chill vibe. If you are looking for a good family spot, or a date night treat this place fits the mold for both. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

We finally called Stone Cold Creamery and the gentleman answering the phone (later identified as Dave) said they don't have one on the menu, but he would be glad to make one up for us. Our first visit ever to a Stone Cold Creamery business, and although there was no handicap parking, parking was available. As we entered Alexandria greeted us, ice cream cup in hand ready to prepare our treat. Dave remembered our call and asked if we're looking for a Banana Split, to which we replied "Yes". He said I'll make one up for you. What great service. Both Dave and Alexandria offered great conversation, with enthusiasm and smiles. Banana Splits were prepared, not like the old fashion ones we were looking for, but close. Dave even re-heated the hot chocolate fudge sauce to make sure it was nice and hot. Stone Cold Creamery sets a high standard for customer service, and other businesses would do good to follow their example. We will definitely be back for our next treat graving. Highly recommend Stone Cold Creamery. Thanks Dave & Alexandria.

First time coming here and the experience was very unpleasant. Asian man at the counter was not in a good mood. I was the first one to do the talking and said have a good day when I left. He seemed irritated and the whole encounter was below basic customer service. I don't want to feel like I'm an annoyance to someone for wanting to give my business. I'll just stick to the friendly cold stone in my home town.

Changing from 5 to 2 stars.I love Coldstone and love coming here the customer service is usually great. However, my visit last night left me upset and uncomfortable and it wasn't just me. Other customers agreed. There were 3 Nice kids (probably teenagers) making ice cream for a rush of customers about 15 minutes before closing, but the manager, or whoever he was (Asian man with dark hair & I believe he had glasses) was terribly rude to all of them. Shouting and screaming at them when they already have enough pressure to remember what everyone's orders are since the group in front of us had about 10 people and we had 4 orders.The workers were all polite and held their composure and did a great job as this man proceeded to shout and yell in front of everyone. I had my kids with me and there was also another child there and it made my daughters uncomfortable also.. When there's a problem, you don't solve it by shouting and yelling at your employees. Especially with such rage and in front of customers! It was a disgusting thing to witness.
