At first I was going to leave a negative review because there was hair in the pizza and the soda bottle had a broken seal when it was delivered. At first I couldn't contact the store, but when I finally contacted the store they did everything they could to make it right and I appreciate that

ordered online at 6 pm. sure, its a busy time. app said it was on QC for 30-plus minutes...?? took an hour ten minutes from the time ordered to get delivery.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I placed a large order a day in advance for 38 pizzas to be delivered by 1:45 PM for a big event with over 100 children waiting. By 2:00 PM, the pizzas still hadn’t arrived, and no one was answering the phone. I had to leave my responsibilities at the event and go to the store myself.
When I got there, only 15 pizzas were ready. The person managing the store was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had no choice but to take those pizzas myself and drive back in my personal car, while the rest were supposedly going to be delivered “in 10 minutes” — which ended up taking an hour.
This delay completely ruined our event schedule, caused unnecessary stress, and made me personally responsible for delivering food that should have been taken care of professionally. Very poor service, unacceptable for such a large pre-planned order. I will not be ordering again.

Bad Customer service

It's Dominioes.. One or two bites into my cheesy breadstick carry out. And my hunger is under control and I'm like Ugg what have I done? Ick

I got a pizza on May 13 (my birthday). They were so nice and generous!

I called and ordered white sauce with chicken and union. When I came to pick up. I asked hey to double check its white sauce and chicken and union. The person working looked at the pizza and said yes!
I had to get home for dinner with it when I opened it up it was red sauce & and the chicken tasted undercooked like rubber as if some of it was raw.
I was really sad cause we would always get pizza here but I don’t think we will anymore.
I hope they do well and don’t mean to send any hate there way.

Order #185191, “est order ready at 7:36 pm”Ordered for delivery at 6:45 pm. Pizza was marked as delivered but never was. Called the store for 20 minutes and never got anyone, as they kept pushing my call to the end of the queue. Went to the store to get the “delivered order” at 8:20 pm.. and the customer service was the worst experience in my life. They “remade the order” which was incorrect, and couldn’t give a refund for the delivery fee or the driver tip, so now I’m out an extra 15$. Thank you “delivery driver Dapree”, and also thanks to the fake “manager” with no name tag that said his name was Mohammed which I KNOW was a lie. This Manager also answered personal cell phone calls while making my pizza, just to continue touching the dough with no gloves after he hung up. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Didn’t get home from this escapade until 9:10 pm, when the pizza was ordered 2.5 hours ago.

Absolutely amazing service. I just ordered two classic cheese, pizzas and I let the workers know that I would be waiting in my car and I’d come back in a couple minutes and they went out of their way to come and bring my order to me and it was the sweetest thing so I really appreciate that they took that initiative and put effort into their amazing customer service. I definitely recommend this location!

Their delivery charge is too high. Made me decide to cancel my entire order.
