Everyone is amazing except for one of the girl there that I've experienced 3 times and every single time she's made my drink absolutely disgusting and I literally didn't go back just because I didn't want to be that person/customer but today I just had it with her and her attitude. I didn't get her name but also I didn't ask because I didn't want to put her on blast but she knows who she is. And if anyone has experienced with her and her attitude, then people will know exactly who I'm talking about. No apologies or anything other than I'll have a different girl make the drink again, with a side eye. I did ask for my money back and did say I don't have to come back to Dutch. I didn't do anything to her so I don't know what her deal is. But, the 3 times I've encountered with her, it's always attitude like she's having a bad day, everyday. I feel bad for her if she's always like this. Anyway, my drink was horrible. Everyone else is amazing tho so thank you!

Dutch Bros is a charming, tasty coffee shop located on what amounts to a traffic median, with absolutely no on-premesis provision for drinking or eating your treat.
There is, however, both drove-through and walk-up accommodation for ordering, which is good, but they use mobile devices, which lead to a hold-up I observed when the ordering pad's battery ran out and a new one had to be procured.
The drinks are great! And the staff were wonderful, absolutely wonderful.

Nico and Amberley were the very first people to ever ask my name and remember my drink at any coffee shop. They even know it’s for me when my son picks it up for me and triple check if I randomly change it up one day and my drink seems off. This shop in general makes me come back almost everyday and makes me smile every single time, they’re doing something right here.

You can never go wrong with Dutch! I absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. It is a popular spot, so the line can get long at times, but do not let that stop you. They are quick, efficient, and keep things moving. I am so glad to have this location nearby! It is always a great experience.
