I always get friendly service and the food is great. the staff do their best to get your order out in a reasonable timeframe and the cold things are kept cold while the hot things are kept hot so your order is perfect when it gets to you. give flame burger a chance if you are in the area and craving fast food!

Bomb mushroom Swiss burger! Def recommend. Was not impressed with the fried chicken sandwich, it was like those frozen chicken patties you buy at the store. Fries and regular burger made up for that tho.

The burgers and French fries here are great BUT This place has the best milkshakes anywhere! We always get a chocolate malt milkshake with extra malt and A Chocolate peanut butter milkshake. I have been coming here for 9 years and they have been consistent the whole time.

I attended New Church down the road from this place, and for some reason, I never stopped here. I'm so glad I did! Food is amazing. I've had burgers/ fries, fish and chips, jalapeño poppers, onion rings, and thir milk shakes. And I must say they are delicious. I even brought my family here after church. I live in Covington and only come to Federal Way on weekends for service, and it's going to become an after church treat. Two thumbs up from me.
