Was no food on bar we have to wait for pizza, Chinese food, prime ribs 45 minutes!! Was not so many people all trays and desserts was empty 😕!!

So the place is pretty much clean the service is crap we came here on Valentine's Day with our whole family I've been coming here for a very long time and never really had any complaints until this evening I had a person who was serving the grill be rude to us I had the person at the front desk route to us then around 7:35 my husband was grabbing some thing to drink with his dinner and I had a waitress be rude to him and tell him that this area was closed excuse me I think it says it closes at 8:00 p.m. not 7:30 when your waitress wants to clean it never in my life have I ever been so upset I took my family and left.. rolling your eyes at customers not a good thing I was totally about to give you guys a four-star for the food the food was mediocre okay you didn't have any food after 6:00 the main attraction was supposedly gone I paid $70 for crap leftovers and I'm super pissed

the Hispanic lady in the front was pretty snobby and rude
Snarky attitude, I didn’t mind that some of the food was overcooked dried out because I could just grab something else . But the lady in the front was obnoxious bad attitude

Food was meh... nothing big. Nothing fabulous. But it was pretty clean. And we did really like the creme Brulee.

I went with my family and we ordered some meat. Mr. (if you can call him that) called to pick up the meat when we were leaving; I went to tell him that it was too late, 40 minutes for 3 pieces of meat and he threw the plate in such a way that it fell to the ground; I told him why he would be offended even if it was free and Espíndola bad. Well, between that and the food that only requires opening, frying and serving, it seems quite expensive to me.

I won't mince words I absolutely did not enjoy my experience this place was terrible the food was not good they hardly filled up the food trays once empty the variety was limited and unimpressive I appreciate a good Buffet and I really tried all they had to offer but this was definitely not it I will not be coming back
