The blended Caramel coffee is the best I’ve ever had!! Very very good. Lemongrass beef could have some more sauce. It was dry but the flavors are very good. I had to edit my post because the workers are so amazing! Very great explanations of their menu and the service is fantastic. I also tried another drink off their menu that was great. I’m pretty sure anything you get here will be the best by far in this city. Glad there’s more variety now

The Vietnamese coffee with egg foam is the best!! We loved it so much we ordered a second one for our ride home. The sandwich was good with a lot of flavor and the bread was the perfect amount of crisp.

Under new management used to be “Bahn Mi.” cousin told me about the place so I wanted to try it out. Ordered the mango Bali I drink and combination sandwich. Both were really good! Forgot to take a picture of the sandwich and the Vietnamese coffee, which was strong just how I like it!!! 😁

Stopped by today & I MUST SAY... This place is a must try. You will not be sorry. House Bahn Mi OMG! Passion Orange Drink was the same. 🔥 GREAT 1st impression & taste. I will continue to come back when I am in the area or not 😃. It's THAT GOOD! Thankfully something told me to stop ( so glad I did ) out of all shops THIS shop caught my attention. First time customer. Customer service was good, cashier took the time to help with ordering. Really small inside with only 2 tables and a high bar sitting area. Pretty clean.I got a "house" banh mi that was great! My son got teriyaki chicken banh mi , that was ok but sauce was too sweet. Also ordered Sriracha wings, they were just ok. Wings were juicy but flavor just wasn't there. Chai tea was also good. Would go again to try something different.
I work as a volunteer to an organization called Helping Link. We recently had an open house event with local politicians and other local state dignitaries alongside the local Pierce and King County Vietnamese-American community attending. My task was food service and setup for the reception as well as decorating. I am a huge supporter of small local businesses, especially Vietnamese owned and operated. So, being a Vietnamese-American myself, and living in the Federal Way area, I sought out Hi Bánh Mì to seek their support and donation of their delicious bánh mì for our event so that I can also promote their business with others. Not only did they graciously agreed to support me and the organization but they did it in such a short suspense timeline. I asked for 50 bánh mình (cut in half), two different kinds (BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken), and it was late Wednesday evening before they closed when I was able to stop in to ask. Additionally, I needed it by early Saturday morning for the open house at 2 PM Saturday. 50 is a lot to request on short notice when they are busy running a business and serving the regular customers but they were amazing and came through for me and my organization. Everything at open house was a success, everyone loved their bánh mì and it was the first dish to have ran out! I was so happy and proud! Even my volunteer director commented that the bánh mì was really delicious! I definitely and highly recommend going to Hi Bánh Mì! They are a small shop, but they have a big heart, and even greater smiles, with the kindest service. Most of all, really delicious tasting Bánh Mì and other very tasty options besides bánh mì too. Thank you so much for being a wonderful place for me to go to and share it with others at Helping Link and those involved with our volunteer organization. -Vanessa Q.

small little bahn mi shop delivering big flavor! My search for my fav Bahn mi in the area might have drawn to a close now.. Sandwich was stuffed with ingredients. Bread was perfect. I have ordered the lemongrass beef twice and its so good I cant bring myself to order anything else!! Staff was always friendly. The spring rolls are huge! Will be a weekly stop for sure.
Edit: gentleman made me try the combo and GOOD GOD it slaps

The teriyaki chicken Banh Mi is smackin’! Also had crab Rangoon and a Passion Fruit Tea with no toppings, 10/10! Flavors galore! All this for $19 and some change.
