I went by today (6/4) to get a new featured drink from the website for my friend.

The gentleman at the register didn't know the drink, and he had just been trained on all the new drinks.

He was so kind and so patient and we pulled up the ingredients and he whipped it right up, offering me a sample to make sure it was ok before I paid for the drink

I didnt know what I was expecting because it wasn't my drink but...

Went in to get a simple drink and the customer ahead of me was being a pain. She tried to order something off menu, was upset when they didn’t immediately know what it was, and then watched as the employees made the drink, criticizing them and cussing the entire time. Meira was patient and asked questions to ensure she understood what was being asked of her. She also apologized to me and others for the wait and took our orders with the same enthusiasm, not letting the negative...

First time visitor. Went in, ordered a strawberry lemonade with peach flavor, a classic breakfast sandwich, and a large orange juice. $40. The drinks were a mixed bad, the OJ was pretty good but not $17 good. The other drink was so so. On initial contact I asked if they could just make a fruit bowl with no smoothie granola or toppings and I was told no.

Filled with so much ice That it seemed more like a small than a large. The classic sandwich was awful. Frozen...
