Place is super nice and clean waiter was really nice and came several times to check up on us I don’t know why people complain about small cuts or meat or seafood when it’s an all you can eat just go back you don’t have to get big plates I had 3 plates and that was it couldn’t do it you guys won lol my wife said the sodas had msg cause they were soo good had a couple refills and they were in pitcher I like this place but wouldn’t bring kids here expensive they wouldn’t eat much bar looks so nice next time might come to get a couple drinks

I’ve been coming to this place for 12 years, have always loved the food and chefs. Last time I came I was done with my food with my daughter for over an hour before having to get up and ask for a check because I was never checked back on a single time. My table was bussed even while I still sat at it before the severer ever came back even once….. then when I went to pay I asked for a manager and the server was upset and cried and did apologize, which was nice, but also I still told them I have been here for years and was disappointed in the service regardless. Which was fair. Then talked to the guy at front. Not once was I rude or derogatory or disrespectful to anyone. I work in customer service so I get it, but felt it was necessary to voice my experience. Fast forward to today I came back, got a different server, everything was fine, or so I thought. As soon as I paid the new server I got then said “Oh and next time try to refrain from yelling at my servers and making her terrified of you. She runs passed you because she’s so afraid of you. Thanks!” In the meanest of tones. I then explained what happened last time and requested for the guy I spoke to last time to explain what really went down that day and she was so rude and told me absolutely not and that this is an employee ran place and up to her to not let me speak to a manager , as evidently there isn’t one. She then proceeded to be rude to me. Kept telling me how terrifying I evidently I am and how she couldn’t even come near me because she was afraid of what I will do to her as if I’m violent….. I’ve never even yelled here or been violent once in my life… I then went and spoke to the original server, again calmly, about what happened and she agreed and said she was just hurt because I said I didn’t like the service I received that day, as she took it personally, which is fair because it was about her lack of being a good server that day… but the way they handled it that day and now having the new lady that wasn’t even there attack me and be blatantly rude to me today AFTER I paid just to stick it to me is horrible. I will never be coming back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came on a Sunday. Food was fine, the customer service left a lot to be desired so not good and then they REQUIRED an 18% tip (don’t mind paying a tip if we are treated great- which we weren’t) and then when they made a mistake on our bill and overcharged us, they tried to justify themselves? And we had to pay it in the end. Don’t recommend AT ALL if you have little kids or big groups, no one should charge that much for little kids. Not worth the price on a Sunday. I did not appreciate how we were treated.

This place is great. A little expensive but it's all-you-can-eat, and even if you only want one plate it's worth it IMO.Vegetarian options: This place is very vegetarian friendly - skip the meat and there's plenty of veggie options to accompany your noodles. They even try to notice when someone has a no-meat order and they'll usually use a different spatula for cooking it. They clean the grill after every use, so minimal risk of contamination if that's a worry.
Vegetarian options: You pick what's in your food but it is possible for a few pieces of someone else's food to end up in yours when it's cooking.Dietary restrictions: You pick everything in your food but things are cooked near other people's foods so if you have an allergy to one of the food products it would be hard to avoid it.Kid-friendliness: This place is great for kids. You choose all of the food in your dish so you can avoid foods picky eaters wouldn't eat. That being said it can be a bit pricey for kids because it is buffet style.
