Located in Federal Way in a strip mall. Got my Katsu sandwich without cabbage. Wished the tomatoes and onions were diced. They fall out when you bite into the sandwich. The katsu heavy on the oil but it was very good. Just bad for your arteries. Got the spicy mayo seasoning the fries and it was spicy. Worth a try but nothing to write home about.

Good spin on burgers. Fun if you want to try something different. Tables weren’t wiped clean and fries were cold. At these prices it should be better.

nice staff and very clean inside. Food is fast, reasonable for large portions, and one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I have only ever gotten takeout but the dine in was pleasant. Booths are big and they have a cool little coloring station. Goku wall art was 🤌

This was my first visit, thus my first review. Coming here was suggested by some people I didn’t personally know, that were at the same hotel I was at.
I will be honest and say that the Mt. Fuji burger, I ordered, was not to my personal liking. This isn’t to say something was wrong or that I wouldn’t even come back. I just didn’t find it to be appealing, or flavorful, as I think it was because of the three different meats and the way they were prepared for this sandwich. I should have gone with something different.
However, the service was excellent and the restaurant appeared decently clean. Organization behind the checkout counter was an interesting mix of - being busy and not sure where to put inventory.
The tables and floors, in the dining areas, seemed to be clean but I didn’t get a closeup to make sure. My order was to-go and I just paced around looking here and there. I will close by writing that I’ll be back sometime when I’m in the area and I’ll try something different and offer a more usable review.

This place used to be good, but it's under new ownership now, and it's not as great as it used to be. First, I repeated myself about what exactly I wanted multiple times and didn't get it. Then I was told I didn't order 3 orders of extra fries or the missing coleslaw. After that, I ate the food, and it was all smashed together—sloppy, slimy burgers.

We walked in during the lunch hour on a Thursday afternoon and there was no wait and there was plenty of seating. It was my first visit as I was coming from out of state and I was impressed. The burger was good and there was plenty of vegetables on top of the meat.

I don’t normally rant but the Katsu burger in Federal way would not swap out the samurai chicken burger for a teriyaki chicken burger after we paid for the burger. The “manager” said she could not sell the sandwich, she would not replace the samurai with the teriyaki chicken, and that she could give me a new bun.
However when she added the vegetables from the samurai burger I thought she was going to give me new veggies and transfer the chicken from the original burger on the new bun since I told her I can’t eat wasabi. But when I tried to eat the new bun the wasabi was still on the veggies so I threw the “new” sandwich out.
This was a disappointment more could not be done.
Menu has something for everyone; so many options! I appreciate the selection & substitution of protein at no extra charge. There was an art area for anyone who wants to create. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Went for dinner and the service was decent. I ordered at the kiosk up front for dine in. After I sat down my food was out in about 8 minutes. The burger was moist and flavorful. The fries I ordered were well seasoned and fresh.
