Different variety from most places
Poor quality of fresh fruit. Rude customer service. I was served fruit that was yet to ripen, and it was inedible. I wanted a refund immediately and was scoffed at and made to feel like an idiot for asking for a refund.
I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was so sweet. She recommended we try a few and answered our questions!

Great place for a cold desert or a savory snack. Highly recommend the paletas and esquites are my favorite snack. Great and friendly service.
The different Ice cream and agua fresca choices is amazing. I have yet to try their food but so far everything else has been awesome. I've tried milk shakes, ice cream scoops, and agua frescas. It'd be cool if they switched up the agua frescas and brought different flavors occasionally.
Almost everything is delicious and authentic, but my issue is the employees. The attitude, zero friendly, and it looks like it bothers them that you arrive and order. This place needs to be more friendly.
I love this place! It's the only place I've ever found pine nut ice cream. I do always grab a bag of rueditas, too.
There are thousands of treats and options for a wonderful dessert or snack!
