Ordered 2 different curry bento boxes through doordash. Curry was delicious and food was still warm and crispy. Pork loin was tender, and chicken garage had a lot of meat. Can't wait to eat some ramen inside the restaurant next time! Only thing was the edamame was not even salted. Other than that everything was delicious and I will be ordering from here again!

What an amazing and wonderful place to get Ramen! The owner is actually from Japan!
They have many vegan options to fill your belly with!
The people working here are amazing! Super friendly and hard working! Knowledgeable about what is vegan.
Really like the decor and that at times the music being played is in Japanese.
Have sat at the long tables a couple of times. It was really nice sitting next to new people and talking and getting to know them! Don't get a chance often to meet the people around you and chat over yummy food.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options.

Bright casual ramen house. We enjoyed hybrid tsukemen (dipping) ramen which was just a tad spicy and very filling. The black garlic ramen was also delicious. You can add on toppings for $1.25 each. For an additional $6, make a combo and add a small side and a drink (non-refillable).
Two large tables can host groups up to 12 people.
Not the most child friendly environment, as I didn’t see any high chairs or changing tables in the all-gender restroom.
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly seating or restroom. No kids menu options.

Really good ramen place in Fed. Had the cold noodle hybrid tsukemen with char siu, wood ear mushroom, and tofu, chicken karage, ponzu & japanese mustard takoyaki. So good!!! I would definitely recommend this place for their dipping ramen. It will not disappoint! ?

We ate here on a Friday night around 7:30 and it was easy to get a table for two. The staff was so lovely and personable, professional and efficient. We sat right down and ordered the cold dipping noodles with hybrid sauce and the hot dipping noodles with spicy curry (wasn’t super spicy). We did get the combo deal that gets you a drink and an appetizer for an additional six dollars. I got the oolong tea which comes in a can and is absolutely delightful and my husband got a beer. Our appetizers were served just seconds before our noodles, the appetizers were delicious, including the kaarage, their super succulent well made version of this popular Japanese fried chicken. The veggie dumplings were great too. They were both cooked to perfection and the chicken itself was super juicy. The dipping noodles were delightful, we had never had anything like that and the flavors were just unreal. We kept swapping bites of each other’s and trying the different hot and cold noodles. At the end, when our noodles were spent, and we had eaten the succulent pork, we asked for the delicious lightly seasoned broth (wari soup) that they pour to your liking in the leftover Ramen sauce. What a great way to end a delicious meal! Parking is super easy because it’s in a strip mall in federal way.
Oddly enough, I ate at this restaurant right outside of the busy Shibuya station crossing in Tokyo. That was the best Ramen of my life so pretty crazy to have two locations here in Seattle! We are so lucky WA!
