New Peking Wok deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Even on a very busy New Year’s night, the staff handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. They remained polite and respectful to everyone—even in the face of rude customers—which truly shows how much grace and care they have. You can feel the love they put into both their food and their service. Highly recommend!
Disgusting customer service. The lady who says she’s the owner tried to force me to buy the food her employee took to the back and did God knows what to it. I proceeded to leave and am met outside by the lady who claims she’s the owner writing down my license plate number and threatening to call the police for food that was never touch by me nor my son and was still inside her establishment. An unassuming strip mall location hides the best Chinese restaurant in Federal Way.The staff are very welcoming, and make you feel right at home. The food is amazing, with vegetables cooked properly, and textures as they should be. Flavors are great.
