I stopped at New Peking Wok after work because I wanted Egg Drop Soup and they were the only place local that was true Chinese food. I hadn't tried them before and I was very pleased with my experience! I walked in and ordered a bowl of Egg Drop Soup, Pork Chow Mein, and Orange Chicken to go. While I waited, I was offered water and tea which was very kind - in fact, every interaction I had and witnessed was kind overall. The two women serving the restaurant at the time were...

Very nice atmosphere, clean interior with friendly staff. Large portions for the food, flavors were clean and subtle. Not spicy but flavorful if you like more delicate northern chinese taste.

Was very quiet as it was the end of month. Service was great and the food delicious, and plenty of it. I asked someone for a recommend for a place not too fancy, small business, that was family owned, and they sent me there. Glad I tried it. I'll go back next time I'm in Federal Way and have time to go out.
