This place was so clean, easy, humble and delicious. The girl at the front was excellent, kind, helpful, and always anticipated my needs. They also offer modern phone methods for ordering, but also traditional. It's located in a small strip mall, hidden away, but worth the drop-in.
This place is amazing and our go-to date place. We always crave it and are always so happy with the food and service when we come here. Surprised it isn't more busy, but also thankful we don't have to wait at all for a seat. Highly recommend trying. Our regular order is the crushed cucumbers, dumplings, braised beef noodle soup, sliced cold pork (the cold dish weirded me out at first but now we go in ordering two plates everytime), and the dry noodles. Never get tired...
We always make it a point to go to Shang artisan noodle in Las Vegas every time we travel. We’ve been so sad there isn’t a place like it here until now. All that’s missing is the hand pulled noodles all the flavors are here! New favorite spot for my husband and I hands down. Service was great, food is amazing! Go here for a quick delicious bite. Get the 9 way noodles, the braised beef soup, wontons in chili oil, and the refreshing cucumber salad 🤤
