I ordered 4 orders yesterday. While I was waiting I noticed they kept pushing my order to the side. I also noticed how much food they were giving others on their plates. Of course when I checked mine once I got home, I received a portion of that. I have complained several times so I l know I should of checked there. In my experiences seems like blacks get the least, nothing new. If I ever return I will be taking pics

I always look at the restaurant every time I drive by, and think I'm going to give it another try...... Always a mistake. Their fried rice is always hard and their chicken is super fatty. I cannot get on board.
Little to no taste, broccoli and green bean hard and I got the family pack, not again.

This location is neer several homeless encampments. I was alone, but I would not want to bring my family there.

Came in today on Sunday they were super busy but the staff was super polite, had to wait a while since they ran out of the food we wanted and Ingrid offered us 2 drinks for the wait. Made out experience way better. Everyone working was working super hard with like 5 people picking up, They all probably deserve a raise, thank you!

Unlike any other panda they’re very attentive when going through the line and receiving your food. Everything was smooth sailing until we got to the register. The woman started writing orders down on the plates and placing them back into warmer for I don’t know what reason. We ordered appetizers and it’s usually pack the food and hand it to us. NOPE. She continued to say we will call your number. I was confused bc the food was ready to go. But she was busy writing orders down on the plates for the next order and continued to place them back in the warmer to continue to the cycle. This led to us leaving without some of our food. I will not come back. Someone needs to tell her there’s no need to do all of that to just handle the customers as they come down the line. It’s not rocket science. Anyways that’s all.

They don’t answer their phone. I was missing items from my order, called them 5 times and no one answered their phone phone, it just rang until the machine hangs on you.

You will stand in line waiting forever. The staff will fill/make online orders first. You will stand in line, watching them make plate after plate of food for people that placed their orders online. It's faster to order online while you're physically waiting in line; your pick up order will be ready before you get to the front of the line to order!

After having been in the hospital for a month I decided to reward myself by having some Panda Express
Too bad for me hindsight wasn't 2020 what I can do is I can deliver a shit sandwich which goes like this just start with a criticism you give some good stuff then you end with a criticism the apple pie egg roll was delicious. However your legendary orange chicken was neither orange nor tasted like chicken as of right now Safeway's Orient Express has more Chinese flare to it then what you offered and the sweet and sour packet that you offered did nothing to increase the flavor I also ordered the black pepper strip steak which should have been relabeled black pepper strip cartilage none of which I could chew or swallow. To end I was blown away by the size of the strawberry Fanta I had ordered I thought I had ordered a large I was not expecting a tanker truck
