**Please Beware ** I ordered delivery dinner for my family of 5 at the federal way Panda Express through their actual website. After more than an hour The delivery driver text saying there was a mistake with my order and that he needed to return. The delivery driver name was Martha however a man made the delivery. Finally after waiting and texting back and forth my food was delivered. I immediately noticed my bag was opened. After he left he told me that my food was given to another customer and that he had to go back to get it. Totally not ok
I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with their manager Jasmine and explained to her that I’m not sure where my food had been and I did not feel safe eating this nor feeding my kids this. She told me that she would remake my order once I arrived. Mind you it’s Friday night streets are packed traffic everywhere but none the less I still went in my pajamas
Upon arrival and food in hand the place was packed I spoke with Jasmine showed her the text messages my ring camera and pic of the opened bag and asked if there’s any type of comp that can be given due to the inconvenience she told me no, there’s nothing she can do.
At that point Jasmine had all the power to make things right instead she told me how it wasn’t their fault and that I should have contacted the 3rd party delivery service for the mistake even though I told her I ordered directly through their website not DoorDash or anywhere else. I felt like I was being treated like the villain when I gave her nothing but respect. I paid for delivery fees, and gave a tip plus waited almost 2 hours after the whole ordeal. There was no apology no sympathy no nothing. After waiting another 15 mins for my food to be made I finally get home and my order was wrong!! And no I didn’t watch them make it because she looked up my order through their screen and made it in the background
I’m sharing this story in case someone else went through something similar at this location and to let people know what type of management they are dealing with. Please beware

I have an issue when my door dash / uber eats comes from Panda Express with an open bag. Not sealed or stapled, clearly someone dug into and ate part my order. It’s a waste. Any order for delivery. Pls close it up for safety and good hygiene.

Horrible service and the food was old. The lady was rude when I asked for the fresh chicken she tried to mix the old with the new when the pan was empty and had old dried small pieces. My appetizer was old I got the 12 peice and unfortunately it's going to the garbage. No cheese inside and the ones that do is dried... please see attached photos. Not wroth the money.

I ordered 4 orders yesterday. While I was waiting I noticed they kept pushing my order to the side. I also noticed how much food they were giving others on their plates. Of course when I checked mine once I got home, I received a portion of that. I have complained several times so I l know I should of checked there. In my experiences seems like blacks get the least, nothing new. If I ever return I will be taking pics

I always look at the restaurant every time I drive by, and think I'm going to give it another try...... Always a mistake. Their fried rice is always hard and their chicken is super fatty. I cannot get on board.

Came in today on Sunday they were super busy but the staff was super polite, had to wait a while since they ran out of the food we wanted and Ingrid offered us 2 drinks for the wait. Made out experience way better. Everyone working was working super hard with like 5 people picking up, They all probably deserve a raise, thank you!

Unlike any other panda they’re very attentive when going through the line and receiving your food. Everything was smooth sailing until we got to the register. The woman started writing orders down on the plates and placing them back into warmer for I don’t know what reason. We ordered appetizers and it’s usually pack the food and hand it to us. NOPE. She continued to say we will call your number. I was confused bc the food was ready to go. But she was busy writing orders down on the plates for the next order and continued to place them back in the warmer to continue to the cycle. This led to us leaving without some of our food. I will not come back. Someone needs to tell her there’s no need to do all of that to just handle the customers as they come down the line. It’s not rocket science. Anyways that’s all.
