Very fast service even with a big order. I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment. I was very happy with my order since it was all correct.
I expected the pan pizza to be crispier, by far. The gentleman that cash me out was awesome.

I would do no stars we have ordered online and it takes over an hour to get your order on Tuesday which is the manager and employees excuse. after a 1/2 hour wait for our online order my spouse has to wait in store another 1/2 hour watching people come in and order and get their order before him he gets upset and then watches them fina make his order. The manager blamed my husband for being rude - never order from them if you can't wait over an hour

It is technically a fine location but from the accounts of former employees, this is not the place you want to get your food from, they don't serve cookie dough and have a few cases of food poisoning in their history (mine included) I don't think it's a well managed shop and I lost a day and a half to violent sickness because these workers don't get enough time and the management is not interested in the well-being of it's employees or it's customers (allegedly) all this is to say get a pre cooked pizza from a place with working fridges and you should have a better day than I did.Wheelchair accessibility: Basically none, weird inconsistency in floor texture and a number of bolts or other unsightly pieces of hardware poking out of the floor near the front door (which is narrower than most)

I have been coming to this location for over ten years. Over time the quality of service and food have diminished greatly! Until this last order I keptComing back because of location convenience. No more! When you custom order pizza you pay extra. The last twoi times I get plain pizza. They put the extra cheese but none of the extra toppings. I have my son pick it up and bring it home, of course teenage son does not notice the error to have it corrected then. I take it back, no apology. . They take the pizza back and no compensation and refuse to give managers name or franchise owners name. They refuse to give a discount or a free future pizza for our inconvenience. Now these are kids manning the store, so i have tried not to go ballistic on them. But dang they need to have management training on customer service.
Almost every week we order one to two family pizzas. The prices are somewhat expensive. Because we deliver them uncooked, and secondly, we always try to be a special customer, so we expect the prices to be somewhat lower. Among other superior features, the type and quality of the food, which is very tasty and good. Wishing you more success??

Our 2 pizza order was half right. The Papa's Favorite we ordered, with no olives & asked they add salami, was a miss. It had lots of olives & no salami. When my husband drove back to get it replaced, he was barely given a shrug about the errors. At a minimum, I thought Angel, who made the pizza, would offer a coupon to express an apology & encourage we patronize this Papa Murphy's again. Nope.

The young man, only working male, was EXCEPTIONAL today & last Tuesday. There were impatient customers but he continued to strike up positive conversations with a smile! It's refreshing to see young motivated employees who actually care about excellent customer service!!This was at the Lakewood store.
