I love ordering online, customizing my pizza, picking it up when it's convenient, and baking it when I'm ready. This location is always generous with the toppings too and staff is very friendly.
Food is good, service is touch and go, often understaffed, some employees are great others need help. The ordering online doesn't always go well (not this stores issue specifically) but I've often had to wait while they fix charging me incorrectly, they've taken my orders wrong and charged me for larger pizzas than I ordered, and it usually takes them longer than they say it will so you're waiting much longer.
It's take and bake, but it's pretty good pizza. However, on my recent visit, I used the mobile app to place the order, I arrived 5 min after it said it was ready, and I waited about 10 min for my order. The workers did not acknowledge that I was there. When I asked about my order, I got blank stares. There were others waiting as well, and the workers appeared to be in slow motion and ignoring the customers. At least one of the customers waiting to place an order...
