This is hands down the BEST pho soup in Federal Way. I found it when I was pregnant and here I am 3 years later driving from Seatac because I dont live in Federal Way anymore but I'm still craving their pho soup! Their pho is filled with veggies and they are so fresh and crunchy, I really love the flavor of their broth as well. This is now my place to do my mommy & son dates and we enjoy it so much every single time. Highly recommended!
I periodically check out local businesses to monitor their service and ratings, and today I returned to Pho Fusion. We seated ourselves, and there was only one server, Becca, who was absolutely wonderful. She stayed positive despite being the sole person waiting on all the tables. The restaurant was unbearably hot—no fans, no AC, and no airflow since the door was closed. The heat was coming straight from the kitchen, where I saw an older Vietnamese cook and a younger Hispanic...
Service is for the most part friendly. The food is ok, but extremely oily. Recently, they put way too much oil when making the fried rice and chicken & rice plate to where there is a thick coating all over the inside and outside of the container. Also, the floors are such a hazard, always greasy and messy. This place used to be our go-to, but recently they've gone down hill.
