Poor customer service! Young lady who brought our food and we noticed missing food . I asked her 3 times about missing food, with rude attitude she said it’s coming . 10 min later no food , I asked for it again and she said she forgot to ring it. I asked for extra lime and that never made it to our table , water never made it to our table , napkins and extra utensils never made it to our table and 3 adult meals with missing food the the kids total of 5 they charge us $9 for gratuity for what ? Customer service is going down and food quality poor . I would love to see this restaurant be audit for their cleanliness.

I did a doordash order. One thing that dissapointed me from the orders were the Spring roll. Usually when I go to Pho in person, the spirng rolls are fully wrapped with rice paper and the sauce is brown and nutty. However, the spring roll that arrived at my house had the rice paper fully open, exposing it's inside. You can tell it was poorly made and not made w heart. The sauce that was provided had a sour smell and was mayonnaise like. I tried to atleast taste it by taking a bite. But all of the inside vegetable and shrimp fell while I took a bite because of the poorly wrapped rice paper. The sauce combo just made the taste even worse. After taking a bite, I lost all my appetite... not ordering delivery again.

The food is good, unfortunately, when ordering the frozen yogurt, the entire middle part of the cup is missing. We pay the full price for the yogurt, so we expect the full cup of yogurt.

Worst Pho I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even eat it. The noodles were not soft. The broth was not hot, and seemed old. The tofu had a weird taste, and the veggies were not cooked. It smelled funky. It really grossed me out
