We ordered a pizza but when items were missing the delivery driver told us to call the store. We did, but they were unwilling to send the missing items, they told us if we wanted them we’d have to go to the store. We were trying to figure out a reasonable solution when they put us on hold. After about 20 minutes, we called on another line in case they forgot about us, but as soon as he recognized us, he hung up, then immediately hung up on the other line that had been on hold for nearly a half hour at that point. Forgetting stuff happens, but just brushing people off, hoping they’ll just give up, isn’t ok. Have some respect, and maybe even the courage to deal directly with customers. Edit for update- we called back and got someone from corporate or customer service center. They said they were going to contact the store and get back to us… that was two days ago now, and still nothing. We’ll try the email provided in the response here, but I’m not hopeful they’ll do any better.

Never have i ever experienced a worse customer service. I call to receive information about a order (i have been waiting for over an hour for it to be delivered when it is only a mile and a half away) when an employee ACTUALLY picks up the phone, they immediately send me to a manager while im half way through my sentence explaining my issue wondering where my order is. Only to proceed to be put through the terrible automative, pre recorded menu system and no longer on hold then having to hangup and call again. I have called 4 times now. Will not be ordering here again and would not suggest ordering delivery due to them third partying via door dash. Terrible communication and customer support.

We literally got 2 pizzas and a thing of bread sticks the bread sticks were burnt and one of the pizzas was burnt and we called 4 times over an hour wait no one answered bullshit and it’s only 8 we got the pizza at like 6:45 bruh
