“What a great find! We live in CA but visit relatives frequently. I'm not sure how we've never come across this place before!
Parkway Tavern checks all the boxes — great beer selection, delicious food, good music, and a really cool neighborhood atmosphere. It's tucked right into the middle of a residential neighborhood and feels like a true local spot.
The French dip was excellent. The roast beef was perfectly grilled, flavorful and tender, and the sandwich was really well done.
Bonus - the bathrooms were super clean!

“I LOVE Shelby and Michael they're the usual tenders when I'm here. the food hits everytime, Michael generally has a recommendation for the seasonal on tap, hasn't disappointed at all. caskades has pinball and lots of fun events every month, and family friendly. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME“

“Very good food. Excellent venue.
There was some confusion in our orders and the steak was delivered med rare instead of med well. When sent back to be finished it never came back. An hour later server went to find it, brought out cold. Given to my friend free. Other 3 orders were no problems.“

“We were checking out Wayne's to come another time because we'd already had a meal. We were pleasantly surprised it wasn't loud + the atmosphere was nice. It was cool in there and we checked out the menu and we're definitely going to go back. So more to follow.“

“My grandpa used 2 take us here for br re aghast some 35 years ago. But I had such a good time last night dping some karaoke with my friends for his berfday. Crystal was awesome and super nice about dealing with my bike. Food was great LOVE the ranch SO GOOD. The drinks must have been great becuase my buddies were having to much of a good time. “I met a couple friends here and it was such a nice change from louder bar spots. More laid back, more easygoing, and actually set up in a way that lets you catch up with people without turning every sentence into a performance. There are nights for music and motion and pretending you are not tired by 9:30, and then there are nights where you want a drink, a seat, and a real conversation. This falls into the second category, and I mean that as a compliment. It felt like the kind of place where you can settle in and let the night unfold without much effort. No shouting "WHAT?" every six minutes, no feeling rushed, no need to recalibrate your ears when you walk back outside. my friend would call this a better decisions bar, which is funny mostly because she is usually the reason we test that theory. If the goal is drinks and conversation, this place worked really well. Go here when you want to actually talk to the people you came with.“
