After contacting the manager for the night, as we had sitting and had waited more than 20 minutes for someone to get our drink order manager of the evening was able to accommodate and rectify the situation. She did a great job, professionally, and Met the needs of our request for drinks and meals. She did go over and beyond the call of duty. The general manager should know that you should retrain your staff members that once parties are sit down that they should be attended to...

The fish is really good, they're smaller than what they used to be,the batter used is different, it's not as crunchy as it used to be, we all know that Red Lobster went through some changes to keep the boat afloat,but,... I MISS the batter that they used to have about

Service was okay and everyone was nice, but we waited our food almost 50 minutes and it took 10-20 min for the next course to arrive, so we have to wait kinda long time. Food was okay, not that great but nothing to complain.
