This is a fun place. The people who work there were so attentive and so friendly. We would go back just for the fabulous service. They were very generous with their meat portions. The meat was well seasoned and fresh. They changed out our cooking grill after about a half an hour. Only thing I don't recommend is the shrimp. It is full head-on and messy to take apart. Look forward to going back again.

The food is very good. The service wasn't great, though; I ordered a table to eat in and they wouldn't give me one even though there were tables available. When the waiter went to seat me at a table, the cashier wouldn't let him and made me go back to the chair in front. I told them for the third time that my order was for dining in at the restaurant and even then, they didn't give me a table despite several still being available. When my order arrived, they packed it to go and a very kind lady handed it to me, but she didn't understand what I was saying. My order was incomplete, and I had to come back 10 minutes later for my drink and when I finally ate it was already cold. 👎🏽

Says open till 10pm, we came at 9pm and were asked to leave. Bad service
I highly recommend this place!!!
I went to Chosun KBBQ for their AYCE for the first time today, and it was soooo good! Our table got the Premium option, which is $58 per person and includes everything on the menu (Premium, Signature, and Classic items), plus free fountain soda.
Honestly, the price is an amazing deal considering that à la carte KBBQ can easily go over $100 for 2 people with just three orders of meat, and that’s without any soup or other dishes. We tried a lot of items from the menu at Chosun KBBQ, and our favorites were the boneless short rib, ribeye steak, braised pork belly (bossam), and cold noodle. Just those items alone made the $58 per person totally worth it, so the Premium option is a great value! I really like that each order comes in a good portion size. It’s not too little, but it’s also not so much that you get too full after just a couple of items. It gives you the chance to try a lot of different things in one meal!
On top of the delicious food, the service was timely and attentive. The servers kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, and they remembered to bring everything we ordered. I know it can get very hectic, especially at AYCE restaurants with so many people ordering different things, but all of the servers were very kind. The excellent service made the experience even better.
If you aren’t sure, even the Signature option at $38 per person is a good choice if you just want to give this place a try, but the premium cuts are SO worth it, so I’d recommend getting the Premium option if you can.
I didn’t take many photos because I was too busy eating, but I’m attaching a couple just to prove I was there. I need to remember to take more photos next time :)

Horrible service! My friend and I chose the $50 AYCE option, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff forgot to bring out about half of our order and repeatedly delivered items we did not order.
The quality of both the food and service seems to have declined since the restaurant switched to Woobling. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price, and we left frustrated by the numerous mistakes and lack of service.

BEWARE OF TIPPING!!!! Especially beware of their CASHIER! Recently party of four of us had a dinner at Chosun Korean BBQ, and the bill came out $220.55 ($49.99 per person for premium dinner). The cashier forced us to tip them minimum 18%. Gratuity for four people is not required 18%, isn't it? However, she already marked 20% on the merchant's receipt although we told her we would tip them in cash, and we left $40 cash tip on the table. We crossed out the marks she made on the merchant's receipt, but shockingly Chosun Korean BBQ charged 20% ($44.11 more than the actual bill) when the credit card statement came. Suspect that the cashier intentionally didn't even give us the customer's receipt. We didn't even bother to take the receipt because we trusted her. In this case, we should've asked for the receipt. We understand how difficult the restaurant business is, so usually we leave a decent tip for the servers. It's AYCE, so they bring meats and banchan and YOU COOK! Is it worth of $84.11 tip for party of 4? ABSOLUTELY NOT! We shouldn't leave $40 cash tip if we knew the cashier was fraudulently charged to our credit card. The cashier was very RUDE and DISHONEST! Heard that now they charge way more and worse services and less quality of meats. Very disappointed and disgusted with their dishonesty! Definitely never plan to go back there ever!

70 DOLLARS A PLATE THANKS TO HIDDEN FEES!
This was some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. It's standard quality at insane prices. When I walked through the door, they asked if we wanted all-you-can-eat or regular. We intended to get all-you-can-eat, but the prices weren't displayed anywhere until they had already served us sides. We decided all-you-can-eat was too expensive, and when we switched to normal, THEY TOOK OUR PARTIALLY EATEN SIDES OFF THE TABLE! I can come to only two conclusions- either they reuse their half eaten banchan for other guests, or they would rather throw away food than let a poor person eat it. I felt so disrespected and offended that it was hard to eat after that point.
Payment was hell. The waiter didn't know how to split a check, and told us to venmo each other. A group of 5 was charged a 30+ dollar gratuity fee- insane, since their tables are big enough for 6. I don't think 5 people is an unreasonable number to expect at a restaurant. My partner and I could barely afford to split one plate of bibimbap, and it ran us back 70 dollars. Don't spend your time or money at this restaurant- there are plenty of family-run KBBQ spots in the Greater Seattle Area more worthy of your support.

Edited review: when they first opened, it was my favorite kbbq spot. Idk what happened if they changed owners, but it’s lost its quality over time and the service has also declined severely. They changed their menu and are nickel and diming for every little thing it feels like. Very disappointing. :/

Not sure what happened but the food has become mediocre at best and service is weird (not sure how else to describe the general awkwardness). There were 4 “servers” who took orders but it looked like the 2 Korean servers were using the Hispanic servers as their assistants. Hey, bring this there take that here. The 2 Korean servers also kept forgetting to put orders through so all of the tables near us were complaining of missed orders. Not sure what happened to previous staff but this new staff is inexperienced.
The food was either bland or over seasoned. Quality has gone down significantly recently. Pretty sad because this place was a weekly regular for us. We may try again in a few months but this last trip may put us off for a while.
