It's nice wish the walk up was open a little later.
Thank you so much to the barista who remade my drink !! I went to dash pointe road location and I was already on my way home. Right side is the remade one with actual strawberry cold foam!! And sweetened thanks so much for the customer service.

Quick service, appropriately friendly, but bummed about food/drink.
Hot choc w/ almond milk tasted really watery (I know almond et al milk subs tend to result in this; I have taken that into account). I guess the brands of almond milk I use at home have a fuller? body? profile? Which is surprising as I get the lowest cal, unsweetened, plain flavor kind. Yet somehow, my drink here still tasted significantly less fullflavor-y; subjectively, it tasted more like 50% water instead of 100% almond milk.
Ordered cheese danish, which came warm without me asking which was very nice. But I think the danish prior to mine stole a lot of my filling, the cheese part was largely scraped off and was not just stuck in the bag nope 'twas vanished.

I went here on Friday to get my drink for my birthday, which I had ordered ahead of time on the app. When I got to the drive-through, the girl who was talking said “do you want food”… There was no hello or hi or greeting and when I got to the window, she said “here you go”. The drink was good, but the service was so bad. I don’t remember what her name was, but I went around 12:10pm on 2/28. If you work in customer service where you are serving people the least you can do is smile or say thank you have a great day.

Suppose to open at 5:30 people are heading to work
They use to have window services but I guess not anymore? I stood there for a few minutes at the side window and I understood it was a bit busy but they could of just told me that they don’t do window services anymore or that it would be a wait but I felt ignored.

This morning I went through the drive thru before work to get a drink and some food. Everything went fine until they tried handing me a grande drink instead of the venti iced pumpkin chai that I explicitly asked for. The lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude with her body language and her facial expressions when I told her my drink was supposed to be venti sized. She pursed her lips and turned her nose up to me when she handed me my drink. Then she huffed when I ask her for a straw. Meanwhile, she was very chipper with the next person that was ordering at the box. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this Starbucks before today. A couple of suggestions: maybe start reading back orders to make sure that you are accurately taking customers orders or at least be courteous to your customers when you are told that you made the wrong size..
