This is the best starbucks in federal way in my opinion. They are clean, quick and friendly. I love the chai lattes here. Their milk options are great and they really take their time to get to know customers. The staff knows me by name and they greet me every time I come in. They also ask me about my day and work. It's a decent size establishment to hold small meetings there too.
This starbucks has good service and the food you come to expect. Like most Starbucks, this ones interior is sterile and cold. Not like they used to be inviting, walls with abstract designs, and warmth.Prices are up portions are smallest ever, and us customers just have to take what starbucks doles out.Bring back places we want to go to before corporate got greedy and actually cared about its priorities, us, its customers.... sorry for the rant....
It's a Starbucks. BARISTAS WORK HARD AND ARE USUALLY SUPER FRIENDLY HERE - but OMG can they all please read the labels on the orders and *make the drinks correctly* You have to be careful when you get your drink taste it before you drive off in case it's gross ? if it is bad just ask for another one, they'll make it for free of course, and it's not your fault so don't feel bad because they don't & they know they make mistakes plus they can't...
