They need to update their hours! I came in at 6 thinking they close at 7 (which it says online) ! Now I’ve wasted gas !

Normally I love this Starbucks. Today there were 2 gentlemen working. Instead of waiting on customers they stood there talking and joking with each other. Finally one of the employees says we'll be right with you.They went back to laughing and joking with each other for about 5 more minutes, until I finally said can you take my order please. Then as the one guy is making my drink he walks away from the machine again to laugh and joke with his coworker. Finally about 4 minutes later he walks over and finishes my drink by just putting ice in it. That's all he had left to do was put ice in it, but he still made me wait while he giggled with the other coworker. People used to take pride in their work, understanding that they represent that business' good name. Now you are merely a nuisance to their work day.

I love Starbucks my favorite place on a hot summer day special for my Mango Dragon fruit but today man oh man this one gal name “Catherine “ with no name tag really Disappointed me Very unprofessional not caring at all not a hello goodbye nor thank you actually rolled her eyes at me for no reason management needs to really consider looking into this poor customer service truly lost a regular customer today.

I came in as soon as the store opens early in the morning and the lady was there getting things ready and I asked her I said are you able to make me a cup of coffee right now and she told me no we're not open yet even though I knew they were open I just like all right I'm going to give her some time then I'll wait 20 minutes come back and she says they're still closed and I said no that's false you're open and she started arguing with me I showed her on my phone it said they were open I'm also good when I called in on the phone number it said they were open and I've seriously been there and watched her open before in the morning and got in coffee from her before 6 she decides to tell me that it's oh will the Starbucks is open but the kiosk is closed so then I called in and made a report because she cussed me out and told me to get the f*** out of the store right f****** now

The guy working today was about as rude and unwilling to be helpful as I have ever encountered in my many many years on earth. I will boycott Starbucks from now on.
If I were Safeway I would be afraid he is sending customers to Fred Meyer.
