I live in browns point , so this is the closest Starbucks to me. But I avoid in many cases because every single time I go there I am waiting 15 minutes for my drinks. That's with ordering mobile 15 minutes before I even get there. Most times when I get in the drive thru they tell me there is a long wait time and they are behind from the morning. Honestly at this point after 3 years- this is just a staff issue. The lack of urgency and the aloofness of the staff is the primary reason this service is so unapologetically slow. 10/10 would reccomend that this location have a firmer corporate eye on it since all the locations surrounding it never have the same issues.

I was only here to pick up a Doordash order, twice actually the same day, and they were super friendly in the lobby was very clean. They had my orders ready to go by the time I walked in so I'd say service is fairly quick as well.

840am - My family and I approached the store lobby and due to short staffing they closed the lobby and must use drive thru. We got back in our vehicle and pulled around to the drive thru, about 6 vehicles in line, as soon as we got to the line, lady put a "Pumpkin Spice Latte is Back" sign right in the front entrance of the drive thru, blocking the drive thru for us to drive in, didn't say anything to us just walked away. If you were short staffed and couldn't handle the drive thru orders that would be nice to tell the people instead of putting a sign in front of our vehicle blocking us from moving forward and just walking away. Rude. Stop working customer service if you don't know how to service customers.

My wife ordered via Mobile app for a takeout order. When I arrived the lobby was closed and the side door for pickup was locked. So I proceeded to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes for my pickup order, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering pickup. Then when I asked the window employee why the door for pickup would be closed if pickup orders are available, her answer was “I don’t know, what’s the name on the order?” I don’t blame the window worker, I blame the management, as they should have been at the window apologizing for the inconvenience as well as providing a refund for my watered down coffee, melted chocolate chip cookies and cold sandwiches. All of which could have been avoided by leaving the side door open. Or maybe just don’t make pickup orders available if you’re going to lock your facility . We have experienced this situation at this very slow drive through service Starbucks many times before. It’s unacceptable and poor customer service.

This morning while going through the drive through my order was not correct and they forgot to give me back my debit card. I understand I confused her with asking to break my $5 so I could leave a tip, but when calling there was no apology. When going to retrieve my card still no apology, while employees stood around. I didn’t bother to mention my order was wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this Starbucks. I guess it’s back to Bigfoot Java ??‍♀️

The staff is rude. Don’t asked for any powders steamed in because they never do it. If the young lady with rainbow hair is making drinks I just leave. She is the worst. 09/2022

This is our main Starbucks. They are frequently closed for understaffing. Service is pretty good. I feel like there must be high staff turn over, because I only see recognized faces on occasion and I have to frequently explain my regular drink. This leads to mixed results when it comes to my drink outcome. I've only asked that it be remade once but caught attitude for doing so. It's really just the location, that's why I use this one.
