We decided to try Al's Diner out last week. Unfortunately, half of the order on our ticket didn't get to the kitchen so we sat while other tables after ours got their food. Once the server was aware, she apologized and told us that our corned beef and hash was rushed. They were sympathetic and handled the situation immediately and continued to communicate with us. If Al's was in Seattle there's be a waiting list with a 30 minute wait. The food is made here, it's obvious that the hash browns didn't come from a bag for instance.
