My neighbor gifted me a pie from here a couple days ago. I have a wife and two kids and live in extreme anxiety fearing they may find the pie in the back of the fridge because this is literally THE MOST AMAZING PIE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!

Barb's Pie and Pastries offers amazing everything, from the most amazing pie ever to fabulous maple bars with a fluffiest ribbon of maple “buttercream(?) frosting”. Customers love the Bumbleberry Pie, Barb’s most popular, and the lemon coffee cake is super moist and delicious. The flaky pastries include a very satisfying sausage roll, and the apple fritter is the best ever, with lots of big apple pieces, crispy fried, doughy and airy. The ham and cheese sandwich is so bomb, and the breakfast burrito has a burst of flavor with all the breakfast nutrition needed. Don’t forget a pink shortbread cookie or a sugar cookie with pink frosting and sprinkles. The interior is beautiful and cute, though a little industrial in decor, so not super warm, but the terrific visit makes up for it. A nice cup of drip coffee is also available.
