I always pass, but never stop by this year. I stopped by and I’m so glad I did. They didn’t have ceviche on the menu, but I kindly ask the gal and she made me a tostada with it on and it’s so good. I got some tamales too.
let me start off this is my favorite food truck in all of whatcom county. the burritos are the size of my head filled with goodness. i NEVER get a chewy piece of meat. tacos are so good and the price point on everything is WONDERFUL for being all homemade. the tamales DELICIOUS, the burritos DELICIOUS, tacos DELICIOUS, the salsa VERDE OMGGGG. EVERYTHING DELICIOUS. not once have i ever had a negative experience. wonderful people running it 😊 and perfect location too....
