We ordered 3 different kinds of tacos and found that the asada and carnitas tacos to be mediocre because the meat was super dry. On the other hand, the tongue tacos were amazingly seasoned and the meat was juicy. If you want a juicy tacos, go for their special meat selections. Keep in mind they don't show the price difference between the regular (asada, pollo, carnitas, etc) meat and their special meat on their menu. The talapio burritos with barbacoa (special meat selections)...
El Tapatio NW Taco Truck is hands down the best around. The staff is very friendly and the food is outstanding! Just thinking about it while writing this review is making my mouth water. My wife loves it when I surprise her and bring home our favorite Supreme Burritos for dinner. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping to grab a bite from El Tapatio NW Taco Truck. You'll be happy you did!
