Amazing indian food! Shahi paneer was very soft and chhole bhature reminded us of North India. The highlight was the homemade mango pickle! Great service! Highly recommended!
Was really good. Delightfully surprising find in the area. Packaged perfectly for take out. Good spice and flavor. Chicken vindaloo level 5 could have been a little spicier :). Naan and Chana masala were great as was the mango lassi.
The new owners have done a wonderful job of renovating the inside of the restaurant to a relaxing comfortable atmosphere. The host was very attentive and checked with our table a number of times to make sure we were satisfied with our dinner and whether there was anything else we needed. He showed a true passion for his cooking (apparently he is the chef) when talking to us about the dishes. Everything was excellent. The restaurant has absolutely quality Indian food with real spice that flow. The owners are friendly and sometimes personally apologize for a longer wait, and they make it right by communicating, giving a free drink and dessert. The staff are friendly and the order is timely. The food is made fresh with quality and the aromas from the kitchen are super. The dishes have butter chicken, goat vindaloo, goat curry, lamb rogan josh, fish pakora, chana saag and other dishes. The butter chicken has improved with more meat in the sauce. The chutneys are delicious. The atmosphere is kind, excellent and feels like a home cooked meal. Beer and whiskey from India also. The owners are genuine, committed and passionate about serving the highest quality food. The restaurant is pure excellence and a must visit for people in Whatcom County.
