Best Mexican food I’ve had in Whatcom County since moving here from California a year ago. I’ve only ever gone thru the drive thru so I don’t know if it has an indoor seating area as it’s in a gas station, but it’s an amazing to go spot. Great carne asada and refried beans. Just super authentic food and awesome people too.

Best burritos in the area, very friendly people offering quick, excellent service. (They also have a drive thru.) I’ve tried every burrito place out here and since my first time having Tacos Guadalajara I have not been anywhere else.

Pretty much the best Mexican food around in this unassuming gas station. The only thing I wouldn’t really recommend is their burritos, as they are so wet they just fall apart on themselves. Could definitely be constructed better. But the ingredients are super high-quality and it’s an amazing place. don’t pass up this gem if you’re in the area.
