Customer service has gone down hill there was a lady named Kendall that was extremely rude when they were the ones that messed up my order all I did was ask for the missing item that they didn't put on ready to pay for it because they had missed it and she rolled her eyes and ask one of her other Co workers so we're just giving her annother one as if I expected to get a free on she was extremely rude and I for sure will not be returning
3/3 times I have ordered a blizzard through door dash and 3/3 Times Dairy Queen has given me the wrong blizzard.
at this point they must be doing it on purpose!!!!
door Dasher always comes on time with a sealed bag from dairy queen, not sure how you can mistake a peach cobbler blizzard for cookie dough!!

they changed the taste of the hamburgers now. they are spicy. no thanks
