“We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.“

“As a whole, we love coming here for bowls and smoothies, but the wait times for items can be atrocious (20-30min for 3 smoothies). It is one thing if the place is busy and you’re waiting because of a high volume of orders, but a majority of the time there are 4-5 workers, with only two people making orders at a time, and the others standing around chatting.“

“This was my first time ever having a Poke Bowl. The system set up for putting your order together was very easily explained on the board.

I actually live closer to the Pac Ave location, but every time I’ve been there, they’re extra rude so… Yeah I drive to the 38th location, and no matter who is working the smoothies taste the same, and their customer service is the always the same, the same being excellent every time. 10/10 recommend this ECS if you’re in the Tacoma area.“
