Jack in the Box Reviews
Nothing to write home about
Great staff n great takos. Excellent location for truckers. We can't park like cars, so we rely on JB being at truck stop.
The manager on shift named Casey is phenomenal. The food was 10/10 hot and fresh and the service was on point. Will come back next time i am in tacoma.
Jack In The Box offers a pleasant dining experience with great customer service. The staff, including a polite Mexican lady at the drive-thru and a kind cashier who helped with a phone charger, have been praised for their attentiveness and understanding. The food, such as tacos, has also been described as delicious, and the restaurant has been appreciated for making amends for any shortcomings.
