“I'm not sure why these guys only have a 3.6... every time I come in I have a great conversation with the GM and if what I'm ordering is close to any deals they are running whomever is working tells me how I could change my order for the better savings. And I have never had to bring anything back or have anything remade.

This place is legit all around definitely safe to order and trust they will give you the best options and safe food“

“1 am in hotel decided to head down and get a couple sandwiches. I was skeptical, and looked up reviews, glad we went. WOW. absolutely blown away. Made to order like subway,but that's as far as the comparison goes. Truely fresh baked bread, premium meats and cheeses,the absolute freshest veggies. The toaster cooked the sandwiches perfectly. We chose the Italian, as shown ( only 1/4 left by time of photo) and the roast beef. The meat is a true highlight.the employees were so kind ( at 1 am😮) this is a true jem. Went back night 2 at 10( Friday night) super busy ,again worth the wait . Pastrami and Swiss with bacon, and BLT with roast beef also in photos. 😋“

“It is an old-time Godfathers pizza. It's pretty pricey but tasted great. I paid $28 for a large classic. Located in Lovers truck stop. Sketchy area, but they did have a security guard that actually looked like he could secure the area.“

“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). “If you didn’t know already, this establishment provided you with tasty ready to bake meals! This particular location is always, clean, busy and usually very friendly. Like any place that is ran by people, sometimes it is just a transaction and not an experience; and that is okay! Everything is always good and fresh and looks great out the oven. If you catch them at a slow hour, they do go out of their way to be kind. I’ll keep coming back for another 10+ years.“

“They make good pizza and they have a large variety of options from crust types to toppings.

I order a large three topping pizza, my only complaint is that one of my three toppings - pepperoni - was light. I was disappointed to not have more toppings, but it might have been a fluke. We will definitely go back and give it another try.“

“Everything was ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. There are a good amount of toppings. The chicken Alfredo pizza could have used more garlic, but was good. I think there should be instructions for baking 2 pizza at once. Doing that, it didn't fully cook and that was after cooking an additional 7 minutes. The pizza was not crispy even after the additional time and switching the pizzas around. We had to put everyone's individual slices into the toaster over to finish. That's not the fault of Papa Murphy's, though. Overall very delicious,“

“I’m a lifer for the Federal Way pizza pizzazz. I know the owner works so hard (atleast I think he’s the owner/manager) he is always there working hard next to the employees when I stop by to pick up my meal. I appreciate them staying open, I’m sure running a pizza place isn’t always easy these days.

The PIZZA ROLLS are my favorite but their pizza is SO YUMMY as well. Both are totally worth it!!!

“Stuck in town on a layover and needed some late night food. Pizza Mart Kent crushed it. Their pizza was top notch. Crust was crispy and toppings were well distributed. Would have ordered a large if I knew it was going to be this good.“

“Went on a week night while visiting Tacoma. The waiter was very friendly and spent time chatting since they weren't busy. Manager even checked in on us and chatted. Pizza is always great and wood fired is the best. Old building with original brick walls and wood doors.“

“I'll clarify before the fact, I had food from the restaurant again the next day and the quality was much improved.

I have a strong nostalgia for the twists, so I ordered 12 and added 6 for the first time use of the app or whatever it was. 18 glorious twists. Except when I picked them up they were not at all fluffy, they were crunchy and as they got colder they got hard.

Like I said at the top, I did have a redo the next day. The pizza was as good as I remember it, and that batch of twists was spot on, exactly how I remember.

3 star for food for the up and down consistency, 4 stars overall. All of the staff was friendly and made picking up my food a good experience.“

“I accidentally forgot to complete my order online but the Sienna and the rest of the staff honored the 30% off coupon and helped me recreate my order. She was super helpful ringing me up. “Almost every week we order one to two family pizzas. The prices are somewhat expensive. Because we deliver them uncooked, and secondly, we always try to be a special customer, so we expect the prices to be somewhat lower. “The pizza was decent, but the restaurant was so packed that the waiters were too occupied to pay attention to us. Our check was simply dropped off at our table with no word, and the two servers were frantically rushing around, trying to clear tables quickly to accommodate new customers!“

“Ate here the other day. Their pizzas are very good. A little pricey, but generally worth it. What I do not understand is their pricing. We ordered a Daily Double: any 2 pizzas for $28. But on the receipt it says $28.98. Huh? was there some fine print somewhere that I didn’t notice and was not brought to my attention by the host? The pint I ordered was listed as $8 on the menu, but I was charged $8.28. Same with the salad. What the menu showed as $8 was actually $8.28. Can anyone explain this to me? It was generally a good experience, you do have to place your order at the window and go pick it up like at a fast food joint. So the service was lacking. But doing it yourself saves on the tip. I just don’t understand the pricing.“

“I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other store. I am really glad that my house is a few miles away because this store in particular will always have my business!“

“Its close to home, phone was ringing as i walked in to an empty store. The rep asked to put them on hold so he could wait on me first. I asked if my on line order was ready and he got my name and went back to the fridge and brought it out. I appreciated his immediate service as I was not made to wait for those phone calls. He was polite and friendly, too.“

“This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.

The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.

The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.

It would be helpful if they also offered guidelines for frozen pizzas.“

“I tried the calzone from Papa Murphys! They are really good and worth the price. I got a Pepperoni and added Sausage. I am not a fan of the sprinkle parm so substituted it for mozzarella on top! It was busy when I went since it was Tuesday and they run a special on that day. The Store was very clean and All the Girls working are super friendly. Didn't have to wait to long was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Well worth a try!“

“I sometimes stop by this location to grab a bite and/or drink between the time I get off work and need to pick up my kids from school. The service is always fantastic and they have several TVs playing various games.

What prompted me to write this review is I witnessed the bartender go above and beyond and it deserves Internet recognition! As the bartender was clearing a table after the guest(s) had left they found not only the boxed leftovers but also a pair of eyeglasses. Since this guest had used their rewards number, the bartender was able to call and let the guest know they had left their items.

I wish I had caught their name, but whoever was bartending Friday 10/10 before 3pm is a phenomenal bartender!“
