Yummy food, huge portions, and amazing owners! The city of Fircrest is so lucky to have this restaurant.
First, the menu is great and unique. Second, as anyone knowing restaurants understands, a “fresh sheet” or that days specials should be offered so that some new choices always exist; at Spring Lake they do by both listing on the chalk board and posting on-line too so you know ahead of time. Third, the food is fabulous and made there.
