Absolutely beautiful view of the harbor and great coffees. There is not a lot of indoor seating so if the weather is wet and rainy perhaps take it to go. Parking was a little questionable as most were reserved for hotel guests. We did find parking being a mid week afternoon day. However, I'd suspect on weekends and prime times it would be more challenging.
