A great place to get a coffee and pastry while waiting for the ferry or spending the day in Friday Harbor. The drinks and pastries are very good. The people are great too. I left my purse behind and they went above and beyond to get it it back to me!

I want a refund. I’ve never seen so many people working so slow. We ordered 20 minutes before our ferry started boarding and they could not produce two breakfast sandwiches in that time. Multiple people had to run back without their food and drinks because the standard pace is that of a tailless seahorse. Didn’t answer the phone when I called, no voicemail either.

I love it here! They’ve got the best espresso
I was quoted ten minutes on two breakfast sandwiches, which totaled $18.44. Twenty minutes later I’m running to my car to catch the ferry and the guy who ordered a mocha before me is too. I’ve never seen slower workers, their phones don’t work either.
Loved my coffee and bagel at Salt Fox! It took a minute to order but was worth it! Very friendly people, cute environment and close to the ferry! Would highly recommend. We came here before renting scooters at Susie’s!

Amazing little place right next to the ferry. Staff were super friendly. The food and drinks were on point and they had some great merch to look at and buy.

Food was very bland. Service was HORRIBLE. Multiple workers were very rude on multiple occasions. Do not recommend. Only good thing, was they Had lots of outdoor seating overlooking the water.

Great coffee and breakfast bites. It can be a bit of a wait if they're crowded.

I am not much of a coffee person but my gf is and ended up at this place in the morning ?
I tried Matcha Latter and it was really really good. I was not expecting to find something that good here in Friday Harbor. The matcha was bitter - like nice bitter. They definitely put too much of sugar, I would have preferred less.
As for the coffee it was okay based on her review. Ambience is super cool - good nice people working here. Good service.

We had a takeaway breakfast (veggie bagle and salty fox burrito). It was delicious! The best we had so far.

Cute shop with good coffee that we managed to get to try despite them being steadily busy our whole trip. The merch is cute! And I enjoyed the bagels

They were out of cold brew, so I ordered a 12oz iced latte, they gave me a 20oz iced drink with a bunch of sugar and vanilla. I didn’t feel like waiting in another long line to correct it so I left my drink on the counter.

Coffee tasted good, and the place is running quite smoothly for the sheer amount of people they get every time a ferry docks.
That said, I asked specifically if they have 2% milk and was told yes. I was waiting for my coffee and saw the barista put some other milk in my latte. When I asked again to reconfirm that it’s 2% milk (knowing full well that it wasn’t because I know the lid color of 2% milk), the other staffer said yeah we make our own ?. They basically mix whole and non fat. Like okay, that’s fine and dandy, but let me be the judge of whether that works for me. Don’t tell me you have 2% then go perform alchemy.
