Wasn't terribly impressed with my sandwich but maybe I just need to try a different one next time. Love the atmosphere though.

This deli makes the BEST sandwiches. Grab a clip board and order a custom sandwich or order one of their signature sandwiches. The chocolate hazelnut cookies are to die for.

So happy I found this place at the end of our trip to Friday Harbor ! We had some unfortunate experiences with food in this town, and I happened in this deli while waiting for the ferry. Stellar service and sandwiches ! Had the cuban and Italian, which were amazing, but they had a lot of customization options. Service was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that they aren't open later - you won't be sorry you stopped here

This is my favorite sandwich shop! The staff are super friendly and cool. They manage long lines with ease. The sandwiches with a bag of chips is total perfection.

Came during a rush so had to wait a while, but had an excellent tuna melt. No seating, but there are plenty of nearby outdoor benches. They also have a good selection of craft sodas.

I was worried about the customer service aspect after reading other reviews, but the two girls working seemed very friendly.

I admit the ordering process is a little strange (you write your order and name down and just put it on the counter, waiting to be called), and I wasn’t sure when exactly to pay, but it all worked out and the woman who I paid with was extra helpful ensuring I had a bag and extra napkins.

My Cuban sandwich with jalapeños was delicious and very well packed.

I will definitely be back!

Literally the weirdest restaurant I've ever patronized. They have reinvented the process for ordering a sandwich, a procedure perfected hundreds of years ago. There is a high likelihood your sandwich will not be correct or be made at all. They rely on you to write your order on scratch paper, which then gets placed on the counter and eventually gets made when your ticket is luckily enough to be selected. We watched them shrug off a customer whose order had been forgotten by one employee. After he stormed off, another employee realized she had made the order. They happily sold a separate customer the sandwich instead. POS systems exist for a reason! Truly a bizarre place. Do not consider unless you have thirty minutes to wait on your food.

Waited 30 mins and they never made my sandwich, lost the ticket or gave it to someone else

Got a tip from a local that this Deli was the spot we had to try, it was great! Friendly service and amazing sandwiches.

I’m gluten free and was sad because they were out of roll BUT the salad they made in its place was wonderful! I had two friends traveling with me and one got the club and the other the veggie wrap. They raved about both!
