Top 5 Brisket I have ever eaten. If you could imagine a blend between filet mignon and beef brisket this would be it. I’ve had more BBQ across the southeastern USA than I care to recount here, but I would come back to BBQ2U in Gig Harbor again just for the melt-in-your-mouthwatering brisket.
Had lunch here on a Sunday. We tried the brisket burnt ends, mac and cheese with brisket, fried okra, and banana pudding. Everything was delicious. There was a steady line at the counter but service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely come back again to try some other items on the menu.
Very rustic atmosphere, unbelievably awesome brisket! I liked my food on the metal tray. No sweet talking bullcrap, just here’s your food, now move along. Excellent! Will definitely recommend to my friends. Good job guys!
