Ok, no one equates BBQ with the PNW, but this place was 🔥! This is a cute little joint in eclectic Gig Harbor. It was clean, the staff was fantastic and the drinks are cold. We got the three meat plate and weren’t disappointed with the portion size or the taste. I’m more of a chopped brisket guy, but the slices were tender enough to part with a fork with a nice layer of fat on it. The pulled pork was juicy as heck with just enough burnt pieces. The food was hot and delicious. We never felt ignored, or rushed.
I don’t like coleslaw but with their smoked ribs I ate so much of it.
We had the knife and fork large and had plenty to have leftovers the next day.

Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had! Hot sausage was also delicious with mustard sauce. Mac was very bland and mediocre. The greens were sad, extremely dry, and flavorless - don’t recommend. Corn bread and street corn were delicious.
