Our server / bartender Josh greeted us with a glass of sparkling wine which is how we love to start our evenings. Everything about the establishment appealed to us from the intimate setting to the location on the water and exceptional food and craft cocktails. We will 100% return and spread the word to our friends about this Gig Harbor gem.

for my 60th bday dinner celebration--great time. lovely service & i thought the champagne offering when seating was a classy touch. our server who took our order & checked on us was very gracious & wonderful. i thought maybe the younger servers could be more informed about the menu/drinks but it was enough to ask our main server. my after dinner drink got served to someone else but that's okay, i'd still visit again b/c it was so delish!

Brix 25 is a local fine dining experience in our small town. This was our first experience so, I will update this review after a second visit. We really want to make this work. The restaurant is busy, and tables are filled. The food was exceptional. The experience was meh. The service was very, very slow. Perhaps we came at a bad time. The upstairs seating was uncomfortable, and it is not well-appointed for a high-end experience. They could use some decoration to help with noise control. There was a blinding blue light as ambiance, but it failed to make it relaxing. As said before food was top-notch. On our way out, the downstairs looked more comfortable, and next time we go, we will reserve a table there.

Nice atmosphere, good staff, uncomfortable chairs for such a well appointed restaurant. Trying to hard with the food. Remove a few of the ingredients I.e. no need for blue cheese roasted potatoes. I'm a blue cheese lover but it spoiled the dish as it took away from the other great flavors. Steak was good and so was the wilted arugula salad. Could have done without the version of carrot cake. Really can't call it that but the chocolate dessert was fab.

We have enjoyed Brix several times over the years and we always have the best experience. The service is always attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu and drink specials. The food is prepared perfectly in taste and presentation. While it is small and at times loud ; this week was only about half full (Thursday evening) . We will continue to recommend them and celebrate special occasions there ourselves. Cheers

I was looking for a classy restaurant with ambiance for a date and I on NYE, and Brix 25 delivered! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who not only values selection of dishes ranging from appetizers and main courses, but desserts as well. Additionally, the servers recommended pairings of drinks with the dishes.

Food was interesting but not in a good way. Our waitress was not very attentive. Food was overpriced. I got the “We are trying to be upscale” vibe.

Our first time here and we will be back! Excellent food, but fairly high price point. Very good wine selection, although the first bottle we ordered was out of stock, which took about 15 minutes or so to find out. Service was good, but a little slow. We showed up a bit early and had reserved a "high-top" table not knowing that was in the bar area, but they sat us promptly in a regular table in the main restaurant - that is excellent customer care!

Unfortunately seemed to be an off night. Our server was great, but as the night progressed it became obvious that she was overtaxed as the only server in the dining room. A shame, for her. I asked the young man dropping off dishes if he could refill my soda water, which never happened until our server reappeared at the end if our meal and refilled with a bottled water, I'm not sure what brand it was, but i didn't like it. Not her fault, just an off brand for me. My lemon Meyer chicken soup would have been excellent if it arrived hot. The broth was barely lukewarm, and the noodles were chewy and undercooked. Flavor wise, very good. Salad was beautiful and quite good. The braised beef dish was so good flavor wise, though the beef itself a bit dry, perhaps overcooked and/or undersauced. The accompaniments were outstanding. In general, service of food coming out a bit slower than normal, but assuming it was a staffing issue and that happens sometimes.

Came here for Thanksgiving dinner. Food was just okay. Disappointed I couldn't have the Turkey (gf). Wine list needs to be improved.
