5 stars across the board! This place is magnificent! We’ve had numerous cakes made for events and they are always phenomenal! Ellie and her staff work so hard and you can tell by the love they pour into Susanne’s. If you live pesto, you must try their pesto pasta salad! Also the Rueben there is *chefs kiss* I will always be a returning customer!
Such a cutie little cafe in gig harbour! Staff are LOVELY!! Love the big porch you can see the harbour from while sipping your coffee! The savoury scone hit the spot but their oatmeal cookie was really dry and disappointing. The coffee was pretty average tasting but I appreciate the many sugar free flavour options and having 4 different milk alternatives!

Susanne's Bakery is a very nice, quaint place for coffee, lunch, or a sweet treat. The food is really good, delicious, and fresh. The savory scone, kouign amann, and morning glory muffin (still warm!) are all delicious. The pesto pasta salad is so good, and the coconut slice pie is moist and delicious. The kouign amann is perfection, with bottom layers like candy, a fluffy sweet center, and a crunchy, flaky top. The best chocolate croissant in the Puget Sound is found here. The veggie sandwich and the Ruben are the best. The staff are so nice, friendly, and quick. It is small but quaint, and a happy place. It is an absolute staple of Gig Harbor.
