We enjoyed a great meal to celebrate a birthday. Try the fondue app. The New York steak was cooked perfectly. We split a delicious pound cake and ice cream dessert between three people and it was a great way to cap off the meal.

Can't wait for the next birthday celebration.

We’ve been to Brix 25 three times now, and it’s consistently excellent. The osso buco is outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfectly executed. Everything we’ve ordered has been top-notch, and the service is always spot-on: attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great waterfront vibes in Gig Harbor. We’ll keep coming back—highly recommend!

Our server / bartender Josh greeted us with a glass of sparkling wine which is how we love to start our evenings. Everything about the establishment appealed to us from the intimate setting to the location on the water and exceptional food and craft cocktails. We will 100% return and spread the word to our friends about this Gig Harbor gem.
