I visited yesterday with family visiting from New Zealand and was really excited to introduce them to Heritage. Shortly after ordering our drinks from a waitress who we had to flag down, we realized there was no one even at the bar making beverages. The only other person we saw was a man at the register. We waited fifteen minutes and never saw anyone at the bar making drinks. We decided to leave and told the waitress to cancel our order. Her response was “I don’t blame you.”...
My wife and I wanted to take grandma out for a good drink and walked into this place, we experienced a great and friendly service from the staff, Thomas was very attentive and suggested delicious cocktails, checked in on us several times and made us feel welcome.
Highly recommended!

The staff is wonderful and friendly, able to describe and suggest options that match what people are seeking in a beverage. We really enjoy the Cask Club experience and the members mingle was a fun way to learn what others are creating.
