Based on reviews, La Plancha Mexicana is a great spot to grab a tasty snack. It is a truck, but that does not detract from the quality and price. The food is the best in Gig Harbor, offering unbeatable value and speed. The tacos, mulitas, burritos, and nachos are consistently good. The Red sauce tamales are wrapped in a banana leaf and have the perfect heat. The carne asada tacos are the best in Washington state. The bacon breakfast burrito is amazing and huge. Canola oil free is available by request, and the veggie burrito without oil tastes better. Service is quick, and a kid repeated back many requests. One time they had the best pozole. However, there were communication issues regarding sour cream and guacamole inside a burrito, leading to extra charges.
