But then no staff showed for at least 15-20 min. We ordered very simple dishes, pho and apps-as-meals sorta style, and we didn’t get food for over a half hour after ordering. There were maybe 2 or 3 couples or small groups also there so we had no idea why it took so long. When the bill came, I was very shocked and irritated to find an automatic 20% gratuity already added to the bill PLUS a tip line to be filled out. I’ve never seen it as an auto gratuity add for parties smaller than 8. The server for the table was polite and helpful when she showed up.I had chosen this spot for my fiancé’s birthday dinner but didn’t even tell the staff this info. We had neither the time nor interest in doing so. I had mainly picked the spot because it had good reviews but I was really disappointed with the overall service. I will not be returning for dine-in service.

Service was great! Bar and drinks were great! Food so-so papaya salad was delicious and the panang curry ok but the Tom kha soup was horrible! It smelled like BO and did not resemble any Tom kha I have ever had. It tasted like vomit ? I returned it and would not eat it. Also it was very expensive for the quality being what it was. Bar and papaya salad is the only reason to come.

Driving through and Lele was close to the highway and looked good. It's a great blend of Thai and Vietnamese, nicely decorated, the food is delicious and the portions are huge. We'll be back!

A group of 6 of us visited Lele's in Gig Harbor for dinner last night. We had the best time ever! The food was good and timely and priced fairly but our experience was blessed by our waitress Clarissa.She was special. Not only did she serve us well, she had the most friendly and attentive attitudes, even though she had just fought 2 hours of bridge traffic. We'll be back!Vegetarian options: I am actually a Vegan and found many great options.

This restaurant had been recommended to me by several friends, so I visited LeLe's for the first time last week. Our server's name was Claryssa. She was a personable and professional server who took very good care of my group. Her food recommendations were spot-on, and the food we ordered was delicious. I had the LeLe's Special, but the dishes my dinner companions ordered looked just as tasty as mine. We were all pleased with the food, service, and the ambiance of the restaurant. Claryssa's attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. I believe in supporting local businesses, and because my first experience at LeLe's was such a positive one, I will continue to support them.

I had spoken to Tucker about bringing a group in for dinner in a few days. He introduced me to Claryssa who would be working that night, and we had a few laughs together. Our group arrived and we had a lot space off to the side. Music was perfect and not too loud for conversation. We were greeted by Claryssa who took great care of us during our visit. She was friendly, charming and very helpful and knowledgeable about menu. We will definitely return next time our group gets together. Big giant thumbs up for both food and service ! This places customer service is really bad, their food isn't the best and the people there are rude.I ordered a Togo order from there. They said 15-20minutes.I got there to pick it up after 20minutes. While I was there people came in to eat, got there food and left before I got my food. I waited about 1 hour and 20minutes for my food. They were NOT busy either. A few tables inside and that's it. They didn't know what was going on, they kept telling me it will be another few minutes and the waiters were very unhelpful and almost dismissive with me as I am asking where my food is and how long is the wait.I will never be going back there because of the food being ok, the service being really bad and the waiters being rude. Again, go to Pho and More right across the intersection by Fred Meyer.

My wife, Nancy, and I have been dining here for the last 1.5 years, during and following the Covid pandemic. Over this period we've managed to occasionally include our daughter, her husband and our 3 year old grandson. Now our "kids" frequently order take out and Nancy and I typically eat at the restaurant following a visit to the Galaxy Theater. The food has been consistently good, and as mentioned in many other posts , generous in proportions. The Pad Thai and Phat Si Io are our current favorites. The wine selection, whites and reds, are solid, as are the draft and bottled beers. There have been occasions when we've had to wait a while for the food to plate the table but it has been worthwhile. The wait staff and management have been prompt, pleasant and attentive. Also meriting applause is the cleanliness of the premises, including the restrooms, which is of particular importance to my wife and daughter. We've noticed a steady uptick in patronage and are pleased the establishment is on a positive course.

Ordered food for pick up, said a 15 min wait. Got there in 15 mins, food wasn’t ready…. Okay I can wait. They say another 5-10 mins so I pay then wait. Well another ten mins go by, other people are walking in picking up there order and leaving while I wait. I ordered rice, pot stickers and soup….. I ask if it’s ready still not ready but I had already paid so I’m forced to wait here for another 10 mins. I wasted half an hour waiting. Never coming back to this place even tho my best friend recommended it.
